I think there is only one Disney princess (that you included) with the mental capacity to dominate the world/overthrow all these kingdoms. And that would be Raya. She grew up in a very harsh world where you cannot trust anyone or depend on anyone else. This I feel gave her the mental capacity to go for world domination.
If the others were given the right reason, I think my answer would be different, but I think the emotional/mental side of things would play more into affect than military might

Power over animals.

Hmmmmmm,.....yeahhhh, I kinda like your thought, but you'll have to sell me on that one. I don't remember power over animals....INFLUENCE maybe, but that's not the same.
I could see her 'influencing' animals and them saying, "Awwwww HELL no!"
She would need to play the long game, using her influence over animals to deter invasion while waiting for someone else to come out on top. Once her foe has done her work for her, then she can use the dwarves and animals as psychological warfare and wear them down. A sky black with birds or Elsas castle full of mice could be just enough tonpush someone over the edge.
These could be indirect ways for her to win and it's actually in her best bet if someone unstable like Rapunzel or the snow queen beat the others. She's not the top contender but her innocent outward appearance means that people will immediately dismiss her and focus on 'real'opponents.
