I think that a sketch a day would be a lot to try. I wouldn't want you to put too much on yourself, especially how you are about what you feel you owe when you feel you've promised something. If I were to do it (and I'm already so behind on things and still trying to figure stuff out) I'd probably try to do it when I can and just post seven at the end of the week or something like that, and allow myself make-up days. Then, when the entire 100 day period concludes, I would probably aim to post some sort of compilation blog or video or something.
Almond milk for the heartburn. Or almond butter. Or just a handful of almonds.
