I believe that, these days, most processes are automated. A lot of times, they will sign off with a name to be more "personal", but, if you couldn't tell, those messages were all likely prefabs. If you push back enough, they may eventually signal it to be looked at by a real human, but those other docs were most likely scanned and determined to be true or false based on some kind of algorithm. Also, if people were looking at it, I'd bet it was a queue like you figured. It probably goes a bit like this; workers are told to look at several documents that are sent in from multiple people. If the documents seem legitimate, they push a button and the email is sent approving your request. If it is thought to be fake, they push the other button and a deny is sent.

Do know that when you are writing these lengthy letters, human eyes will probably not ever read them, unfortunately.

Yeah, I don’t doubt that you’re likely right,...but that upsets me more.

Thing is, we won’t fully know. Not unless someone who works there shares the facts.

All I can say now, is thanks for all the free material for my podcast and 3 weeks of articles, Amazon.
